Congratulations to #GRFMCookOff Winner Nancy Dreszler! Nancy's Recipe: An open faced sandwich with garlic scape pesto and strawberry glazed bacon. A little salty, sweet, and peppery with an over easy egg. The pesto is made with garlic scapes, parsley, a handful of pine nuts, olive oil, salt and pepper. The bacon is cooked, and then glazed with strawberries cooked with a bit of balsamic and brown sugar. Melted fontina completes the dish. #GRFMCookOff
